I'm Suharyadi — most people at work call me Haryadi. I trained as a statistician (IPB University) and have spent 20+ years inside one of Indonesia's leading market research firms, moving from analysis to running operations for 150+ projects a year.
Along the way I kept running into the same problem: research creates a lot of value, but the way it is operated day to day still involves a lot of tedious manual work. So I started building the tools I wished existed. It began with Excel macros, grew into Python pipelines, and eventually became full platforms.
Since 2025 that has become my actual job: I stepped away from operations leadership to focus on digitalization and applied AI. The dashboards, survey platforms, GIS analytics, and AI agents I build are running in production and used by real teams, which is the part I care about most.
Outside work I climb mountains — 16 Indonesian summits so far, including Rinjani, Kerinci, and Semeru. My house in Bogor also runs on 130+ smart-home devices I installed and automated myself.
